We are looking for a SEO Outreach Manager at Optimizee (full-time or part-time depending on agreement). Previous knowledge and experience is a strong merit but not a requirement. If you lack knowledge, we will teach you and provide you with the educational material that is needed. In the role of SEO Outreach Manager at Optimizee, your most important tools will be e-mail, Google Sheets and the Ahrefs tool.
Your main task will be outreach, to find and contact websites where we want to be seen. This also includes answering marketing related emails and negotiate collaborations and agreements with other websites. Almost all communication takes place via e-mail. This requires very good communication and negotiation skills.
You will work independently with clear deadlines, but also be in daily contact with the team. Optimizee has an office in Stockholm with hot desks, and weekly events, activities and other benefits. But we work “remote-first”, some of our team works full time remotely, others meet once a week at the office, you decide.
Responsibilities:
- Email and reply to emails for backlinks and related
- Contact companies for marketing and collaborations
- Negotiate prices and terms with companies
- Save and compare information in Google sheets
- Analyze websites with the Ahrefs tool
- Other management and related administrate work
Requirements:
- Requirement very good knowledge of English
- Requirement very good communication and negotiation skills in writing
- Requirements basic knowledge of Google Sheet
- Advantage multilingual (especially Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish)
- Advantage knowledge and/or experience of SEO outreach
- Advantage experience with analysis tools such as Ahrefs
